Tanya & Paul got married in one of my favourite venues, The Italian Villa Compton Acres. Tanya made a stunning bride: her hair was beautifully curled and braided, and her dress was a low button-backed vintage lacy design.
She chose a gorgeous rose bouquet in pastel colours. (Later on, I noticed that the flowers on the cake matched with the bridal bouquet too!) The morning felt very relaxed and laid back! Tanya arrived at the venue with her bridesmaids in a very quirky little old VW camper van, which added a really nice vintage touch to the day.
The ceremony was lovely, with lots of laughter. It was followed by a champagne reception in the sunshine, allowing me to whisk the couple away for a little adventure around the stunning gardens.
The Italian Villa really is the perfect wedding location: a gorgeous big pond surrounded by an array of colourful flowers, which is backed by the Japanese gardens. We even got a bit lost looking for the lake which is hidden amongst all the foliage!
